Job Description

Boost Air Group is looking for a new team member to join our Occupational Health & Safety department at our Granadilla de Abona site in Tenerife South. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the safety, health and well-being of our employees, embedding a strong safety culture across all levels of the organisation and ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Group’s Occupational Health & Safety management system.
  • Manage and maintain employee and Group health and safety documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Design and coordinate awareness campaigns and training activities to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Prepare, review and update health and safety procedures, work instructions and safety standards.
  • Carry out safety inspections and preventive observations across facilities, equipment and work processes.
  • Provide technical advice to managers and employees on occupational health and safety matters.
  • Manage the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE).
  • Investigate accidents, incidents and potentially hazardous situations.

Requirements

  • University degree plus a Master’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, covering the specialisations of Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English, B2+ level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience working at height, in confined spaces and in ATEX environments.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power Apps or process digitalisation tools would be an advantage.
  • Ability to learn and implement new occupational health and safety management tools.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualisation.
