BOOST AIR GROUP, S.L., operating under the trade name BOOST AIR, also known as Grupo Boost Air, with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana, 15, 6th floor, 28046 Madrid, and the company or companies within Grupo Boost Air that have applied for the position and are participating in the corresponding selection process, act as joint controllers of your personal data. For unsolicited applications, BOOST AIR GROUP, S.L. will be responsible for receiving and initially assessing them.
The personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of managing your application, evaluating your professional profile, and, if applicable, contacting you regarding the specific job offer you have applied for or conducting an initial assessment of your unsolicited application. The legal basis for processing your application is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
The data will be treated confidentially and solely for managing the submitted application and will be kept for a maximum of one year from the end of the selection process or, in the case of unsolicited applications, from the date of receipt. The data will not be transferred to any third party outside of BOOST AIR GROUP S.L. and the Boost Air Group company or companies that have requested the position, except where legally required.
International data transfers are not planned. Furthermore, no automated individual decisions will be made, nor will candidate profiles be created.
Once the process is complete or the initial assessment of the unsolicited application has been carried out, the data will no longer be used for selection purposes, will be deleted as active data, and will be blocked for the period necessary to comply with any potential legal obligations or liabilities. After the applicable period has elapsed, the data will be destroyed.
If you do not provide the necessary data or do not confirm that you have read this information, you will not be able to participate in any open selection processes.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency).
