Job Description

At Boost Air, we are looking for a Logistics Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating materials and supplies, ensuring the availability of the resources required to support our operations.

This is a permanent position within a dynamic environment, where organisational skills, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full order process, including placement, tracking and receipt of orders.
Source, evaluate and manage suppliers based on cost, quality and delivery times.
Liaise and coordinate with national and international suppliers.
Monitor and control inventory and stock levels.
Work closely with the Engineering, Sales and Operations departments to ensure material availability.
Participate in an on-call rota (approximately one week per month) to manage urgent logistics requirements outside normal working hours when required.

Requirements

Qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

What We Offer

Standard working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Participation in a rotating on-call rota (approximately one week per month) to respond to urgent logistics requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Conocimientos de comercio exterior y transporte.
Experiencia previa en logística, compras o cadena de suministro.
Experiencia en el sector aeronáutico, industrial o en entornos técnicos.
