Job Description

Boost Air Group is looking for a technical professional to provide direct support in the management and control of executive aircraft maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance and fleet operational availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, review and control work orders derived from maintenance programmes, scheduled inspections and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to both line and base maintenance teams during maintenance activities.
  • Monitor the technical and administrative progress of ongoing maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and technical reports for customers, operators and internal departments.
  • Manage technical queries with aircraft, engine and equipment manufacturers (OEMs), as well as STC holders and design organisations.
  • Assess and process repairs, deviations and technical solutions in coordination with the Quality, CAMO and Engineering departments.
  • Coordinate the embodiment of modifications, Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives with customers and the Maintenance department.
  • Ensure compliance with the applicable requirements of EASA Part-145, FAA and other relevant aviation regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent aviation qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an aviation environment (MRO, CAMO, Part-145 or similar).
  • Advanced level of English (essential).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience or specific training related to aircraft or business aviation will be considered an advantage.

  • Working hours:
    Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am–6:00 pm
    Friday: 9:00 am–3:00 pm
  • Occasional weekend on-call duties, approximately once every three weeks.
