Job Description

At Boost Air, we are looking for an ISO 9001 Quality Management System Technician & Auditor to join our Compliance and Safety Department, based at Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport.

The successful candidate will support the management, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, as well as audit activities, compliance monitoring and the tracking of applicable requirements within the aviation environment.

We are looking for a candidate with a university degree, experience in quality management systems and ISO 9001 auditing, strong attention to detail and a high level of English.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.
Conduct audits of organisations and subcontracted companies within the scope of ISO 9001.
Carry out quality inspections prior to the issuance of Certificates of Conformity in accordance with PECAL 2110.
Review, approve and monitor corrective action plans.
Participate in the preparation, coordination and hosting of Quality Management System audits.
Prepare, review, update and control Quality Management System documentation and records.
Support Compliance and Safety activities related to continuing airworthiness.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and compliance with quality, compliance and safety requirements.

Requirements

Education

University degree, preferably in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as an ISO 9001 Quality Management System Technician or Auditor.

Practical knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 and Quality Management System audits.

Ability to analyse processes, identify non-conformities and monitor corrective actions.
High level of spoken and written English.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Willingness to undertake occasional travel.

Additional training and experience in Quality Management System auditing.

Knowledge and experience in continuing airworthiness regulations and processes.
Previous training and experience with PECAL 2110 requirements.
Experience in aviation, industrial or highly regulated environments.
