The gross monthly compensation will depend on the number of weekly hours stipulated in the internship agreement:
40 hours per week: €750/month
35 hours per week: €660/month
30 hours per week: €560/month
25 hours per week: €460/month

Job Description

At Boost Air Group, we are looking to expand our team by welcoming a Recruitment & HR Intern to join our HR Recruitment Department.
On a day-to-day basis, you will support the drafting and publication of job vacancies, CV screening, interview scheduling and communication with candidates. You will also assist with updating employee databases, managing calendars and providing administrative support to the HR team.
This is an on-site internship position based in Alcobendas, offered on a temporary basis, with a focus on professional development in HR and recruitment across both technical and office-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-sector recruitment: Support with the screening of technical profiles (Engineering, EASA-licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technicians), operational roles (warehouse, logistics) and corporate positions (office-based).
  • Strategic job advertising: Publish vacancies on general job boards, LinkedIn and employment platforms operated by technical and aviation schools.
  • Telephone screening: Conduct initial assessments of candidates’ skills, shift availability and salary expectations, and verify specific licences or certifications.
  • Interview coordination: Schedule technical interviews and on-site assessment tests.
  • Candidate management: Accurately update and maintain the candidate database.
  • Onboarding: Support the collection of mandatory documentation required for new starters.

Requirements

  • Education: Final-year student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Employment Relations, Human Resources or an equivalent Master’s degree.
  • Internship agreement: Must be eligible to enter into an internship agreement with a university or business school.
  • Location: Based close to the workplace in Alcobendas to ensure 100% on-site attendance.
  • Languages: Fluent English (minimum B2 level desirable).
  • IT skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Theoretical knowledge of recruitment platforms is desirable.
  • Key skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to understand and assimilate technical aviation terminology, and excellent communication skills.

Working Hours and Schedule

  • Commitment: Minimum of 5 to 6 hours per day.
  • Schedule: Morning shift or split shift, depending on the total number of hours agreed.
