Job Description

We are looking for an Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions Director to lead the development of our aircraft sourcing, acquisition, management and sales business, contributing to the growth and positioning of Boost Air in the European market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities related to:

  • Sourcing aircraft for inclusion in Boost Air’s Spanish or Maltese AOCs.
  • Bringing aircraft under NCC management.
  • Providing ad hoc aircraft-related services, including flight dispatch (flight planning), CAMO support, maintenance and aircraft sales.
  • Aircraft sales and acquisitions, both to meet the requirements of aircraft managed by Boost Air and through independent brokerage transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and business development activities, building relationships with aircraft owners and prospective clients.
  • Identify business opportunities and establish partnerships with introducers, brokers and manufacturers.
  • Conduct commercial visits and attend specialised trade fairs and industry events.
  • Analyse client requirements, including passenger profiles, routes, budget, utilisation and aircraft specifications, and prepare presentations, financial models, comparisons, market studies and commercial proposals.
  • Source and analyse new and pre-owned aircraft that meet each client’s requirements.
  • Lead and negotiate aircraft sales and acquisition transactions.
  • Coordinate with the Legal and Technical departments on LOIs, pre-purchase inspections (PPIs), aircraft purchase agreements and other related documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and negotiation of aircraft management agreements.
  • Drive Boost Air’s positioning in Europe as a leading business aviation operator and aircraft management company.
  • Develop the aircraft brokerage business, including market positioning, engagement with prospective buyers and the preparation of commercial materials, technical information, maintenance records and aircraft photography.
  • Develop marketing and positioning initiatives across social media, specialised portals and industry platforms.
  • Collaborate with the organisation’s various commercial teams to drive the growth and joint promotion of Boost Air’s services.

Requirements

  • Experience in Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions, Aircraft Brokerage, Aircraft Management or Business Aviation.
  • Strong knowledge of the European aircraft market.
  • Experience in negotiating aircraft sales and acquisitions and/or aircraft management agreements.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and manage the sales process through to completion.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and legal teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and attend international trade fairs and industry events.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Additional languages and a strong network of industry contacts will be considered an advantage.

  • Flexible working hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: Start time between 07:45 and 09:00 and finish time between 16:45 and 19:15, depending on start time and lunch break.
    • Friday: Start time between 07:45 and 09:00 and finish time between 13:45 and 15:15.
