Job Description

Are you interested in technology and information security? We are looking for an organised individual who is eager to learn and develop professionally to join our IT team, providing administrative support in areas related to compliance management and information security.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, collaborating with different departments and contributing to projects involving regulatory requirements, internal processes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Review and monitor compliance with standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR and other relevant requirements.
Prepare and maintain policies, procedures and internal documentation.
Manage and follow up on information security incidents.
Coordinate actions with the IT, Legal and Security departments.
Prepare reports and provide support during audits and compliance processes.
Support the coordination and monitoring of cybersecurity training activities across the company.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in an administrative role.
B2–C1 level of English.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Strong organisational skills, a methodical approach and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

What We Offer

Hybrid working model: 2 days remote and 3 days on-site per week.
Flexible working hours: Start time between 7:45 am and 9:00 am.
Monday to Thursday, flexible finish time depending on start time and lunch break (between 30 minutes and 2 hours).
Reduced working hours on Fridays and throughout August.
