At Boost Air, we are looking for a B1.1 Basic Training Instructor to join our aviation training team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training, supporting students throughout their learning journey and ensuring compliance with the quality standards and procedures established by the organisation.
Deliver theoretical and practical training for the modules for which they are authorised.
Prepare and deliver lessons in accordance with the approved training programme and training materials.
Monitor and assess students’ progress and development throughout their training.
Complete the records and documentation associated with the training delivered.
Supervise the correct use of tools, equipment and facilities during practical training.
Identify and report any incidents, deviations or training-related needs to the Head of Training.
Keep their technical, regulatory and teaching knowledge up to date.
Comply with the procedures set out in the MTOE and all other applicable organisational documentation.
Contribute to maintaining the quality and safety standards expected in aviation training.

B1.1 Aircraft Maintenance Technician (EASA Part-66 Licence Holder)
Professional Experience
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a certifying staff member.
Previous experience as an instructor, examiner or assessor within Part-147 organisations will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
Sound technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance and applicable regulations.
Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly and effectively.
Commitment to supporting students’ learning and development.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
A high level of responsibility and commitment to established procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working hours: 08:00 to 16:00.
