Job Description

We are looking for a Travel & Reservations Assistant to join our team. If you are organised, proactive and enjoy coordinating travel and managing reservations, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic environment.

Your role will be to manage our clients’ travel requirements, ensuring a responsive, efficient and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and book travel services.
  • Arrange chauffeur-driven transport.
  • Manage hotel reservations.
  • Issue and amend airline and rail tickets.
  • Coordinate other travel-related services.
  • Handle and follow up on client requests.
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to travel bookings.

Requirements

  • No specific qualification is required, although studies in Tourism, Business Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Sufficient level of English to manage reservations and communicate with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/management applications.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in travel management, reservations or customer service will be considered an advantage.
